Step 2: Network Simulation

Discrete Event Simulation used for highly accurate prediction

Step 3: Policy Optimization

Simulation-Optimization, genetic algorithms applied to automatically search for improvements to the model

Step 4: Design for Robustness

The objective of Design for Robustness is to ensure the supply chain design and policy plans support what MIGHT happen, not just what we think WILL happen.
